Hellooo, and welcome to my little corner of the interwebs!

I wanted to start a blog for a long time now, but it took me until today to finally figure out the what and where and how's and why's.

On this blog, you'll find my thoughts and experiences about simple living, which I enjoy the most to read about. My personal spin is that I work a pretty hectic job, which seems contradictory to the idea of simple living - but I feel like I have figured it out for myself, and managed to adapt so well that it often times feels like I am getting paid a double wage.

I want to write blogs about my experiences in that regard, mixing in hobbies and going over the things that worked out for me, the occasional tech, gear and tool reviews when I like a product particularly much. Here are some topics that I have planned, just so you can get an idea about the topics you can expect:

• How I bring some calm into my hectic job
• How I adapted my life to get the most out of the job, to the point where it feels like I get paid double my wage in benefits
• Micro adventures and hobbies that fit in with simple living
• Stories and lessons from the several jobs and side jobs I have had over the years
• How I save and earn extra money
• Treasure Hunting (both for real, I'm a metal detectorist, and in a larger sense in hunting for treasures in everyday life)
